FLORY ALVAREZ
FLORY JOY B. ALVAREZ is a 4th year student taking up Bachelor of Arts major in History in the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. An accomplished and revered activist who' had deep roots in volunteerism at high school, having started an organization named "The Anluwagi Project" at age 16, which promotes youth, education, charity and community. This has led the way for her to be awarded and recognized in both the national and the international scene. Being 2017 Asian Ambassador and Best Pitch champion awardee in Taipei she also is a renowned speaker in the field as well, having the invitations that extends from the Malacañang and United Nations forums. Currently one of the youngest sought-after resource speakers in Metro Manila.

JERUS REYES
JERUS BANTUGAN REYES has seven years of experience in international finance and accounting services catering to industries such as healthcare, advertising, energy, and transportation, among others. Alongside his career track in finance, he has represented the Philippines in various international conferences such as International Conference of Young Leaders in Malaysia and Gastech Student Program in Singapore. He is also the Lead Convenor of Humans Helping Humans Initiative, a grassroots movement founded in 2017 in Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro focusing on three pillars; Education, Social Justice, and Economic Empowerment. It eventually became a National Winner in the 18th Search of Ten Accomplished Youth Organizations in the Philippines in 2020. Currently, Jerus is the project officer of ADHIKA PH, a newly established SEC-registered non-profit organization aiming to lead projects on policy-making and capacity-building on resolutions-making, lobby ordinances, and participatory governance.

Chinito Casicas
CHINITO REEL CASICAS is the project head of Baseco Youth Community Pantry and Founder and President of Youth for Better Baseco. The community pantry initiative was able to distribute P2 - 2.5 million pesos worth of goods from April 2021 to May 2022 to the marginalized families in Baseco despite the strict implementation of enhanced community quarantine. Founded on Dec. 31, 2021, Youth for Better Baseco envisions an empowered community with youth servant leaders that pushes for the betterment of Baseco by leading and actively participating in various community service, sustainable development programs, civic participation, and spearheading policy development and recommendations through local consultation with different stakeholders.

Ivan Drahcir
IVAN DRAHCIR has over two years of experience working on community-based projects such as Community Feeding, Coastal Clean-Up Drive, Tree Planting, and Outreach Program. We also arrange mentorship programs, as well as capacity and leadership development for young people and student leaders. Hiraya, Project BANGON, and Dagyawan OksiSanJoseos are some of his famous undertakings.
